Data Availablitiy

Many have mis-conceptualized that idea that always being able to obtain a copy of your data was a backup. Unfortunately many IT companies make the mistake of treating Data Availability as just a mere nightly run of a backup job. Infact many backup jobs that I have come across in the past have no value to the owner if files were lost today. The reason is in fact in the details. We have to decompose the idea and think backwards.

When will data need to be restored? That should be the question you are asking. In case of lost data, and how do you lose data you may say? here is a list

1. Virus

2. accidental deletions

3. hardware malfunction

4. Geographical issues

We have come up with a plan to keep your data safe up to the hour of granularity, that if you ever have any of these devastating events you can still recover. That is what we call data availability no down time as you recover. or choose for less redundant technologies for data safety in case of a disaster recovery situation.

call us to asses your net work your situation and the level of data that needs to be protected
